Zusammenfassung

CFS in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Accountant II to own payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple states and to manage full-cycle accounts payable.

You will partner with the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance & Operations to drive process improvements, training, and cross-functional coverage, while supporting month-end close and payroll-related reporting. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

Qualifikationen

• Payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now.
• Full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments.

Aufgaben

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including voucher processing, check runs, and accrual support.
• Support AP training, cross-coverage, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with production, purchasing, and finance teams to strengthen workflows.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and payroll-related reporting.
