CFS, located in Beaverton/Portland area, seeks a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for a hybrid role with 1 work-from-home day per week after onboarding. You will manage full-cycle payroll across multiple entities and handle benefits administration, while partnering with HR, Finance, and vendors.

The role emphasizes multi-state payroll and tax activities, with travel early on as projects integrate. Strong Excel skills and ADP Workforce Now experience are highly valued.

Competenze

• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience working within payroll or HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience is highly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Process full-cycle payroll for multiple entities and employee groups.
• Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Reconcile payroll, deductions, taxes, and benefits-related accounts.
• Support multi-state payroll compliance and payroll tax activities.
• Serve as a resource for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
• Partner with HR, Finance, vendors, brokers, and carriers to ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration.
