The position supports a limited portfolio and collaborates with the Director of HCM Solutions for training and system enhancements, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on payroll processing experience in high-volume, multi-state environments.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll requirements.
• Excellent client-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily payroll operations and ensure client payrolls are completed accurately and on time.
• Balance payroll workloads based on complexity and capacity.
• Monitor payroll schedules, deadlines, exceptions, and risks, intervening as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for payroll processes to ensure consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and leverage isolved.
