BKF is a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm with offices across California and beyond. We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to own critical payroll operations, ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations, and support accounting functions.

This role blends payroll, labor compliance, and financial analysis in a collaborative environment. You will manage UKG/UltiPro payroll processing, maintain Deltek Vision data, verify overtime, handle payroll taxes, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 3–5 years payroll production experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to excellence with high standards of confidentiality and ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet stringent deadlines.
• Experience with processing Union Payroll and payroll taxes.

Responsibilities

• Administration of payroll process using UKG/UltiPro.
• Maintain employee information in Deltek Vision System.
• Audit timesheets for hours worked and accuracy.
• Verify payroll data, calculate overtime and pay premiums.
• Manage payroll tax filings and prepare payroll journals.
• Provide monthly financial analysis as needed.
