Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 3-5 years payroll production experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Deltek Vision and UKG/UltiPro Payroll; Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administration of payroll process using UKG/UltiPro.
• Audit timesheets for hours and accuracy.
• Review and verify payroll data; calculate overtime and premiums.
• Manage payroll tax filings and prepare payroll journals.
• Provide monthly financial analysis as needed.
• Respond to payroll deductions, accruals, garnishments, and changes.
• Assist with labor compliance filings (e.g., certified payroll).
• Interact with HR on hires, terminations, raises, and status changes.
• Maintain payroll records and files; ensure regulatory compliance.
