Job summary

You will manage payroll processing using UKG UltiPro, maintain employee data in Deltek Vision, audit timesheets, handle tax filings, and collaborate with HR on hires, terminations, raises, and status changes. A diverse role with strong analytical requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 3–5 years payroll production experience preferred.
• Experience with Deltek Vision and UKG/UltiPro payroll systems a must.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and labor standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processes using UKG/Ultipro.
• Maintain employee information in Deltek Vision System.
• Audit timesheets and verify hours worked and accuracy.
• Calculate overtime and pay premiums; manage payroll tax filings.
• Prepare payroll journals and provide monthly financial analysis.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain payroll records.
