Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Analyst to own domestic payroll processing and support international payroll operations. You will reconcile payroll data, manage tax and garnishments, resolve complex employee issues, and partner with internal stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional able to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion, with experience in ADP Workforce Now and international payroll compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business/finance.
• 4+ years of payroll preparation experience for a multi-location organization with domestic payrolls.
• Experience in international payroll processing.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and time-and-attendance systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and garnishments.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; payroll auditing and master spreadsheets lookups.
• Ability to drive payroll processes independently under tight deadlines.
• Experience protecting confidential employee payroll information.

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a top healthcare technology client. This individual will join a collaborative Human Resources team and take ownership of accurate, timely domestic payroll processing while supporting international payroll operations. The Payroll Analyst will reconcile payroll data, manage tax and garnishment matters, resolve complex employee issues, support audits and year-end filings, and partner with internal stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable working under pressure, and capable of independently driving payroll processes while handling confidential information with discretion.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of payroll preparation experience supporting a multi-location organization with domestic payrolls
• International payroll-processing experience
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and time-and-attendance systems
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and garnishments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, including payroll auditing, master spreadsheets, and lookup functions
• Ability to independently drive payroll processes and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, and customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to protect confidential employee and payroll information
