Atrium is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to support domestic and international payroll operations, ensure accurate and timely processing, resolve payroll issues, and assist with reconciliations and tax compliance.

Responsibilities include processing payroll across multiple states and countries, managing direct deposits and inquiries, and coordinating with global payroll providers to ensure compliance and timely delivery of payroll data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience, including international payroll operations.
• Experience with UKG and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, tax compliance, and country-specific regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience, including international payroll operations (Latin America experience highly preferred).
• Experience with UKG and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, tax compliance, and country-specific regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
