Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• College degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver for ADP clients on time-sensitive issues.
• Build relationships with clients by phone, email, or chat, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on product value and provide recommendations to leaders.
• Stay organized to handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
