Job summary

ADP in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Payroll Business Partner III to serve as the primary client liaison for ADP's payroll and PEO solutions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while delivering timely payroll guidance.

You will build relationships with clients by phone and email, provide proactive solutions, educate on product offerings, and help drive client satisfaction and retention in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during November–January (approx. 5 hours/week) may be required.
• Payroll experience is highly preferred; CPP/FPC certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client liaison for employer-level payroll concerns, mainly via phone.
• Provide first-level support for PEO payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot client issues and educate clients on payroll solutions.
• Build relationships with clients through phone, email, and chat, exceeding expectations.
• Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls with metrics-driven performance.
