Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls across multiple locations, with responsibility for UKG and WFM systems.

You will bi‑weekly cycle payroll, handle verifications and corrections, and maintain accurate databases while generating payroll reports. You will support employees and leadership and uphold strict confidentiality of payroll information.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, organizational changes).
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other federal/state documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
