Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll production.
• Research and resolve pay issues.
• Develop procedures to reconcile payroll and maintain HRIS integrity.
• Process employee status changes, check requests, withholdings and pay adjustments.
• Generate and distribute HRIS management reports; prepare W-2s; train timekeepers.
• Cross-train to provide backup support in employee benefits.
