Priority Dispatch Corp. in Irving, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with full-cycle payroll experience to join our team.

This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include processing payroll from start to finish, reviewing timecards and deductions, resolving discrepancies, maintaining payroll records, and partnering with HR and Accounting to support a high-volume workforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, garnishments, and deductions.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time.
• Review and audit timecards, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.

Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist with full-cycle payroll experience?

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support the management of full-cycle payroll operations for a growing and dynamic workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with payroll regulations, auditing payroll data, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
