Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
• Payroll training and/or certification preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity is preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge including pivot tables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes payroll for bi-weekly and off-cycle cycles with accuracy.
• Transmits payroll timely and processes adjustments and incentives.
• Maintain HRIS data, system security, and access controls.
• Generate payroll and benefits reports for departments and vendors.
• Coordinate timesheet approvals with supervisors and manage data exports.
• Assist with system upgrades, audits, and data integrity checks.
• Oversee benefit enrollments and deductions, and liaison with vendors.
• Maintain employee personnel files and records audits.
• Cross-train with other HR functions as needed.
