We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist in Irving, TX to join a growing payroll team. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with hands‑on experience processing high‑volume, multi‑state, multi‑FEIN payroll, including California payroll, using ADP Workforce Now. The Payroll Specialist will support end‑to‑end payroll processing, perform detailed audits, review timekeeping records, process commissions and other variable compensation, and ensure payroll is completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of payroll regulations and can identify, research, and resolve discrepancies while understanding the associated payroll and tax implications. Responsibilities also include handling garnishments, payroll corrections, payroll reconciliations, year‑end activities, and maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Experience with California payroll requirements, including overtime and double‑time calculations, meal and rest period considerations, sick leave compliance, final pay processing, wage statements, and state payroll taxation, is required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands‑on payroll processing experience with strong multi‑state and multi‑FEIN payroll knowledge, including California payroll and end‑to‑end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
• Proven experience supporting large payroll populations, reviewing timekeeping records, processing deductions, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and other complex compensation, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Strong analytical, auditing, and reconciliation skills with advanced attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Benefits:

• Company pays 80% of medical

Compensation: $70,000 annually
