WRA Architects is seeking a Payroll Coordinator with HR support to manage multi-state payroll processing and employee records across our offices. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure compliance, data integrity, and timely payroll delivery.

Requirements include 2–5 years of payroll experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field, and proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Paycom). CPP certification is a plus.

• 2–5 years of payroll experience, multi-state payroll preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Paycom); CPP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process multi-state payroll for employees across offices on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure accurate application of state taxes, unemployment, and local taxes.
• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding, benefits, and leave tracking.
• Support HR processes and payroll audits; ensure data integrity and compliance.
