Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Payroll Accountant to ensure payroll entries reconcile with the G/L and tax files remain compliant. The role supports audits, unclaimed property reviews, workers’ comp, and processing payroll tasks.

Qualified candidates will have advanced Excel, Oracle Fusion experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with multi-state payroll exposure. This is a full-time US-based role in California with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong written and oral communication for all levels.
• Detail-oriented with solid time management and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll tax filings and payments for compliance.
• Support year-end activities and audits, including W-2s.
• Close monthly payroll deliverables and reconcile GL.
• Ensure accrued payroll and costs are captured correctly.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver accurate payroll reports.
