Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant in San Jose, CA. You will support monthly closes, journal entries, and variance analysis within a busy general accounting team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 2–3 years of experience, and familiarity with ERP systems and Oracle. This position offers strong benefits, ESOP, and growth opportunities in a large employee-owned contractor.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of accounting processes and principles.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with monthly close processes, including schedules and closing entries.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure timely, accurate postings.
• Assist with variance analysis of overheads and budgeting.
• Reconcile cash accounts and support banking activities.
• Support annual audit and fixed asset reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
