Qualifications

• Payroll multi-state tax knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Fusion Oracle/Workday experience a plus.
• Union experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team handling complex multi-state/union payrolls.
• Monitor workloads and prioritize team assignments.
• Train subordinates and conduct performance reviews.
• Act as a resource and mentor for payroll staff.
• Process, audit, and review timekeeping, payroll, and benefit setups.
