NOTS Logistics, LLC in Nashville, IL is seeking a Payroll & A/P Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role supports payroll processing and accounts payable, while contributing to broader accounting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous payroll processing, finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations.
• Review timecards, employee changes, pay adjustments, deductions, and payroll-related data.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to ensure payroll information is complete and accurate.
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and record maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with payroll practices and policies.
• Ability to work with Operations and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment and follow issues through resolution.
• Assist with account reconciliations and financial record maintenance.
• Process invoices, billing, and accounts payable/receivable activities.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative and accounting support for special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives and resolve accounting-related issues.
