Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle payroll processing for multiple states and FEINs.
• Experience with payroll systems like Workday, Dayforce or Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit timekeeping and payroll data in compliance with policy.
• Validate deductions and generate accurate payroll reports.
• Reconcile hours and earnings across systems and vendors.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual government reports.
