The Mom Project is seeking a Contract & Payout Operations Analyst in Austin, TX, to support our client’s partner incentive and investment programs. This hybrid, on-site role handles Salesforce records, supplier onboarding, payout tracking, and end-to-end financial data integrity with meticulous attention to detail.

You will own data inputs, run hygiene checks, manage payout requests, and collaborate with finance, revenue operations, and deal teams to ensure accurate, auditable records and timely

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales/revenue operations, contract administration, procurement, AP/AR support, data entry/QA, or a related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience; navigate objects, list views, reports, and bulk edits.
• Exposure to transactional finance or procurement workflows; accounting background not required.
• Strong spreadsheet skills with lookups, pivots, and data cleanup.
• Proven accuracy in high-volume, detail-oriented work.
• Clear, concise written communication; flag issues with facts.

Responsabilidades

• Create, update, and maintain Salesforce records with complete fields.
• Run hygiene sweeps to identify blanks, duplicates, and mismatches.
• Input executed contracts and data into Salesforce and internal tools, validating against source documents.
• Coordinate supplier setup and onboarding through procurement systems; track status.
• Monitor onboarding status, blockers, and keep requesters informed.
• Prepare and submit payout requests with supporting detail and attachments.
• Track payouts end-to-end and reconcile against budgets and contracts.
• Diagnose rejections, resubmit, and document recurring patterns for prevention.
• Produce payout and budget utilization reports; flag variances.
• Maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and open-item logs.
