Responsibilities

• Provides strategic planning and account management for large accounts.
• Directs and manages contractual requirements and obligations.
• Oversees new business and renewal implementation processes.
• Coordinates with operations to ensure on-time delivery of services.
• Maintains relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Recommends improvements to meet customer expectations.
• Delivers on-site and off-site customer service, including enrollment issues and inquiries.
• Facilitates open enrollment meetings and renewal processes.
