Job summary
Quilt Software is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to join our CX team. You will be an advocate for customers and help troubleshoot issues related to processing and payments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or onboarding, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive, organized approach. This on-site role offers growth and a dog-friendly work environment with competitive pay.
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferred but not required.
- 1–2 years of customer service, software implementation, or onboarding experience.
- Experience with Google Suite, Outlook and Salesforce preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to escalated customer inquiries regarding payment issues via phone, email, chat, or transfer from Product Support.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, failed transactions and other payment-related issues.
- Monitor payment processing systems to ensure transactions are completed successfully.
