Texans-Credit-Union is seeking a Payment Services Associate to process payments accurately, including ACH and wire transfers, and to balance ledgers while providing excellent member service.

You will also back up other Payment Services duties and participate in cross-training across all areas. The role requires good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with credit union software.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED with some college/technical school preferred.
• Two to four years’ credit union or banking experience with ACH or wire processing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Processes payments accurately and within established timelines and according to procedures (Wire Transfer, Branch Capture, ACH, etc.).
• Interface with members to resolve account problems and inquiries.
• Performs daily balancing of spreadsheets and related ledgers.
