Job summary

Stride Bank, N.A. in Enid, OK, is looking for a Payment Services Specialist I to manage ACH and wire transfers and support internal and external partners. You will handle high volumes of transactions and assist in addressing escalated inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong data-entry accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic fraud/AML regulations to protect customer assets. Prior Jack Henry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years bank operations experience in ACH or wires, or 2-3 years in retail banking or customer service, or 3-5 years similar work experience.
• Experience with Jack Henry Products preferred.

The Payment Services Specialist I is responsible for performing a variety of duties in the Payment Services department, including processing incoming and outgoing ACH and/or wire transactions.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Processes high volumes of incoming and outgoing ACH or wire transactions.
• Corresponds with Bank personnel to ensure that escalated customer inquiries and issues are researched and addressed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provides customer support to both internal and external partners and assists in handling customer support issues.
• Exhibits basic understanding of the Federal Regulations that govern Wire Transfer or ACH transactions and required timeframes for end-of-day borrowing and balancing.
• Exhibits basic working knowledge of fraud and anti-money laundering regulations.

Non-Essential Functions: Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
• 1-2 years’ bank operations experience in ACH or wires, or 2-3 years’ experience in retail banking or financial institution customer service, or 3-5 years’ similar work experience, required.
• Experience with Jack Henry Products, preferred.
