Job summary

Paylocity in Richardson, TX is seeking a Payment Services Specialist responsible for processing payments (ACH, wire, branch deposits, ATM/mobile deposits), ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and adhering to department procedures and regulations.

You will interface with internal and external members to resolve questions, perform daily balancing, and provide back-up coverage across Payment Services as needed, while maintaining high quality member service.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of credit union or banking experience with ACH or wire processing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal/external member interactions.
• Proficiency with standard computer software and payments processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payments accurately and within established timelines (ACH, wire, branch deposits, ATM/Mobile deposits, etc.).
• Interface with internal/external members to resolve account inquiries and problems.
• Perform daily balancing of spreadsheets and related general ledgers.
