Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Executive Team Leader to guide a high-performing team serving payments clients and cross-functional partners. You’ll drive client experience, governance, and growth while mentoring frontline leaders.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver coordinated solutions, manage risk, and ensure exceptional service. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate a client-facing team in a complex financial services environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on client experience and risk controls.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Client Executives responsible for key client relationships and end-to-end client experience.
• Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability for client coverage and service quality.
• Oversee end‑to‑end client experience across assigned portfolios with proactive engagement and strong relationship health.
• Provide guidance on complex client situations, escalations, and risks ensuring timely resolution and high-quality client experience.
• Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and cross-sell across PMI and related capabilities.
