Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer in Scottsdale to bridge the Sales and Client teams, delivering innovative payment solutions. You will combine payment technology knowledge with customer-facing skills to tailor demonstrations, workshops and proposals that meet client needs.

The role requires 5 years in solutions or sales engineering within U.S. payments or fintech, with APIs/SDKs, cloud platforms and ecommerce integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting in U.S. payments or fintech.
• Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leverages knowledge of U.S. payment systems to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Develops and presents payment solutions that align with client needs and integrate with ecommerce platforms.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to educate clients on payment workflows.
