Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to bridge sales and technical teams in the U.S. payments space.

You will translate client needs into payment architectures and present solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms, gateways, tokenization, and wallets. This role requires deep knowledge of payment networks and regulatory requirements, plus hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in solutions engineering or fintech.
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms and ecommerce integrations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payments regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise.
• Design tailored payment solutions for clients using knowledge of U.S. payment systems.
• Develop and present payment solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms and digital wallets.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for clients.
• Create comprehensive solution documentation, technical guides, and proposals.
