Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to blend technical expertise with sales acumen, supporting pre- and post-sales engagements to deliver payment solutions for U.S. clients.

You will design tailored solutions, present demonstrations, produce documentation, and collaborate with Product teams, while navigating PCI-DSS, AML/KYC, and emerging payment technologies. Travel up to 25% is expected; hybrid roles in NY, SF, Chicago or Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting in U.S. payments/fintech.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations; familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for sales engagements in the U.S. payments market.
• Design tailored payment solutions and articulate integration states across platforms.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for clients.
