Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Payments & Reporting Specialist for a 12‑month assignment. The role runs on 1st shift, 8–5 EST, Monday–Friday, in a contract setting focused on payments, rebates and contract analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years’ experience in payments, contracting, data analysis or financial operations, with advanced Excel, and familiarity with SAP, Shift, RMUS, Power BI or Saffire.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in payments, contracting, data analysis, or financial operations.
Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
Experience with SAP, Shift, RMUS, Power BI, or Saffire is a plus.
Proven ability to manage and analyze complex data sets and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Fee & Rebate Administration: Manage and support end-to-end processing of fees and rebates tied to contract obligations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Account Management and Contract Development to ensure contract execution.
Contract Review & Reporting: Analyze terms of new and renewed contracts and generate reports for stakeholders.
Operational Support & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and update SOPs and reporting approaches.
