Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day data activities for the client portal (document uploads, correspondence, issue resolution).
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including license and security reviews.
• Coordinate end-to-end investor communications and undeliverable emails post-mailings.
• Audit data quality and expand auditing capabilities to identify data issues.
• Collaborate with technology teams to explore automation and deliver ad-hoc tasks as needed.
