Job summary

Pathward, National Association seeks a data analytics professional in the Payments domain to align technology solutions with business reporting needs. You will drive forecasting accuracy, operational planning, and advanced analytics to improve performance.

The role requires strong SQL, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, and Snowflake skills, with 5+ years in payments. A hybrid work model with onsite locations is available. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 5+ years work experience preferably in Payments or related field.
• Ability to solve complex data and technical challenges independently or with others.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for reporting migration and ad hoc requests.
• Ability to collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing business reporting on base metrics and insights.
• Develop, maintain, and update reports and models long-term.
• Maintain historic and forecasted business metrics to guide decisions.
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across business lines.
• Define data element standards and support data quality initiatives.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to reduce manual processes and enable dashboards.
• Create ad hoc reports by crafting custom queries against the data repository.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to obtain supporting information.
• Develop a consistent view of product performance and operational support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
