Job summary

Pathward is seeking a data reporting analyst to align technology solutions with business strategy in the Payments space. You will build and maintain reports, develop models, and refine performance metrics to improve forecasting and operational planning.

The role requires extensive data analysis, SDLC experience, and collaboration across teams. A hybrid work model is offered with onsite locations in several U.S. cities and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years work experience in Payments or related field.
• Ability to solve complex data and technical challenges independently or with others.
• Strong project management skills to handle reporting migrations and ad hoc requests.
• Excellent collaboration with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Aligns technology solutions with business strategies for improved reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports and models; support ongoing analytics.
• Maintain historic and forward-looking metrics to guide decisions.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization across business lines.
• Define data element standards and support data quality initiatives.
• Identify and implement technology to reduce manual work and improve cycle times.
• Craft ad hoc reports by querying the data repository.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain data.
• Develop a consistent view of product performance and support functions.
