Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools; experience with SAP, Shift, RMUS, Power BI, or Sapphire is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and analyze complex data sets and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fee & Rebate Administration: Manage end-to-end processing of fees and rebates tied to contract obligations, ensuring alignment with business rules and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Account Management and Contract Development to ensure contract execution and resolve issues.
• Contract Review & Reporting: Analyze terms of new/renewed contracts to guide fee/rebate processing and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Operational Support & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to workflows, documentation, or reporting.
