Job summary

Maxana, a high-growth consumer subscription company, seeks a Payments Product Manager to own our payments platform end to end. This is not a greenfield build; you’ll work with a modern stack including a payments microservice, a routing layer, BNPL, and analytics.

You will define the roadmap, run analyses from the data warehouse, negotiate vendor SLAs, and present findings to the CFO. Remote LATAM with US Eastern overlap required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments product or payments program management.
• Hands-on with payment orchestration platforms and multi-MID routing.
• Dunning and recovery expertise: retry logic and involuntary churn metrics.
• Data self-sufficiency in modern BI tools; you don't wait on an analyst.
• Demonstrated AI-native workflow using LLM/agentic tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Write specs, pull numbers from the data warehouse, and present findings to the CFO.
• Set the roadmap and ship; measure impact with dashboards and metrics.
• Audit the dunning stack and negotiate vendor SLAs for improvements.
• Own the payments end-to-end and drive resolving issues when they occur.
