Job summary

Maxana is seeking a Payments Product Manager to own our payments platform end to end. This remote role requires 5+ years in payments, hands-on experience with payment orchestration platforms, and a proven track record in Dunning, fraud posture, and regulatory context.

You will own roadmap, run the spec, pull data from the warehouse, and present findings to leadership. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated engineering scrum team, drive adoption of AI-native workflows, and optimize retry logic and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments product or payments program management
• Hands-on experience with payment orchestration platforms and multi‑MID routing
• Dunning and recovery expertise: retry logic, involuntary churn metrics
• Data self-sufficiency in modern BI tools
• Demonstrated AI‑native workflow usage today
• Comfortable owning chargebacks, fraud posture, and regulatory compliance context

Responsibilities

• Write specifications and pull numbers from the data warehouse
• Negotiate vendor SLAs and present findings to CFO
• Set the product roadmap and ship features with measurement
• Own the payments platform end to end and drive resolution when issues arise
• Lead vendor evaluations and optimizations in payments stack
