Maxana is seeking a Payments Product Manager to own the end-to-end payments platform for a US-based, remote-enabled environment. You will drive the roadmap, optimize the dunning stack, and collaborate with finance to present data-driven findings to leadership.

Ideal candidates have extensive payments product experience, hands-on orchestration expertise, and a proven ability to work with data in BI tools. A strong focus on AI-native workflows and risk/compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments product or payments program management, subscription or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with payment orchestration platforms and multi-MID routing.
• Dunning and recovery expertise: retry logic, involuntary churn metrics, vendor evaluation.
• Data self-sufficiency in modern BI tools - you don't wait on an analyst.
• Demonstrated AI-native workflow: you actually use LLM and agentic tools in your product work today.
• Comfortable owning chargebacks, fraud posture, and regulatory compliance context.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments product roadmap and ship end-to-end.
• Audit and optimize the dunning stack; evaluate or switch vendors; set SLAs.
• Pull and analyze data from the warehouse; present findings; drive decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliance and risk controls.
