First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Payment Services Associate in Marlboro, MA to support the processing of transactions, deposits, and transfers. You’ll review routine data for accuracy, maintain records, and respond to member and partner inquiries.

The role is hybrid with standard business hours and a focus on compliance and data integrity. You’ll gain exposure to payment services products and procedures while following established policies and assisting with research,

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures precisely.

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Responsabilités

• Support processing and servicing of payment transactions, deposits, transfers, and other money movement activities.
• Review routine transaction information for accuracy and escalate discrepancies.
• Assist with maintenance of records and documentation related to payment services.
• Respond to member, partner, or vendor inquiries regarding payment products and processes.
• Monitor workflows to ensure transactions meet service standards.
• Follow controls, compliance, and risk management procedures to secure funds movement.
• Assist with transaction research, reconciliation, and issue resolution for routine matters.
• Support clearing, settlement, reporting, and other administrative payment operations tasks.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system updates across payment platforms.
• Participate in training and develop knowledge of payment services policies.
