Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level role to provide operational and administrative support for payment services. You will assist with routine processing, record maintenance, and responding to inquiries while following standard procedures under supervision.

The position involves handling money movement activities, monitoring queues, and maintaining data across payment platforms. Training will expand knowledge of payment services and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing and servicing of payment transactions, deposits, transfers, and other money movement activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Review routine transaction information for accuracy and completeness and escalate discrepancies or exceptions to more experienced team members.
• Assist with the maintenance of records, documentation, and supporting information related to payment services activities.
• Respond to basic member, internal partner, or vendor inquiries regarding payment services products, transactions, and processes.
• Monitor assigned workflows and queues to ensure transactions are completed within defined service standards.
• Follow operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management procedures designed to support the secure movement of funds.
• Assist with transaction research, reconciliation activities, and issue resolution efforts for routine payment-related matters.
• Support clearing, settlement, reporting, and other administrative activities associated with payment operations.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system updates across payment services platforms and tools.
• Participate in training activities and continue developing knowledge of payment services products, processes, and organizational policies.
