Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Loan Services Associate to help process Loan Services tasks and assist members and front-line staff with questions. You will contribute to achieving service levels and cross-train on a variety of loan-related processes.

You will support title tracking, CPI, collateral programs, and related duties while maintaining professionalism and compliance. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, 40 hours per week with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience in a financial institutions preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Basic PC skills

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all aspects of the Title Tracking Program and the Collateral Protection Program
• Provide phone coverage for the Loan Services Department to assist the Information Center, Branches, various departments, and members
• Process the following work within service level: Pega Emails, Collateral Management Mail, Service Requests like State Change, Name Change, Duplicate Title, Title Copy, Miscellaneous Title, CPI Total Loss
• Run Reports: 18% Default, Missing Title Alert, Import Errors, Unrecognized, Need Contract, Discrepant, Specific Loan Types, DMW Warning
• Prepare Berkheimer Title Package and Lease Buyout Title Seller Documents
• Audit Lien Placement Fee Transactions and Collateral Protection Reports
• Prepare State National Insurance Policy Package
• Complete training courses within guidelines and contribute to DCU's success sharing initiatives
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to DCU policies and applicable regulations
• Perform duties with attention to detail and meet performance goals
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
