Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year related experience in financial services preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Basic PC skills are required to perform daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer member questions and process requests via phone and email.
• Maintain service level agreements and timely task completion.
• Cross-train on Deposit Services processes to support department goals.
• Assist front-line staff and members with membership maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to DCU/First Tech policies and regulatory requirements.
