Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is hiring a Card Services Team Member at our Marlborough, MA or Chelmsford, MA location. You will assist members and front-line staff with Card Services processes, handle inquiries, and help the department meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a financial institution.
• Customer service experience assisting members.
• Strong written and oral communication across channels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal direction.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act and Lending Act regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone coverage to assist the Information Center, Branches, various departments, and members.
• Process daily work within service level, including Dispute Service requests, Travelers Files, Plastics Re-Issue Service requests/reports, GL Reconciliation.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and service quality.
• Cross train on Card Services processes to support goals.
• Identify potential gaps in process, systems and training to share ideas for improvement.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s).
