North American Partners in Anesthesia in Sunrise, FL is seeking a Payment Posting Specialist to join our revenue cycle team. This full-time hourly role reports to the Sr.

Manager of Revenue Cycle Services and requires accurate posting, balancing daily payments, and reconciling remittance data. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of payment posting processes, strong investigative skills, and intermediate Excel proficiency to support month-end close and process improvements while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in payment posting, accounts receivable, or cash applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile payments from checks, ACH, EFT, and card payments.
• Apply payments, adjustments, credits, refunds, and allowances.
• Review remittance data to ensure accurate processing.
• Research unapplied payments and posting discrepancies.
• Reconcile daily activity to bank deposits and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in month-end close.
