Job summary

CND Life Sciences is seeking a Payment Posting Specialist to accurately post and reconcile insurance and patient payments within Quadax and other systems. The role supports timely revenue cycle activities and accurate financial reporting, with emphasis on posting accuracy and compliance.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in medical billing or revenue cycle operations, familiarity with EOBs/ERAs, and advanced Excel skills. Remote position with potential quarterly travel to Scottsdale, AZ HQ.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Related coursework or education in billing preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HIPAA rules and payer processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and denials.
• Reconcile daily payment batches and deposits with bank statements.
• Process refunds, reversals and adjustments per guidelines.
• Generate reports to monitor payment variances and denial trends.
• Maintain auditable transaction records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
