• Maintain strict deadlines by adhering to established procedures and regulations for payment orders.
• Contact customers for research and confirmations, perform amendments and reversals, and seek approval on exception items.
• Assist in troubleshooting systematic issues, resolving errors, participating in disaster recovery exercises, and other assigned duties.
• Help train employees on operating procedures and regulations.
