Responsibilities

• Assist with phone support from internal customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with Internet Banking for Business and Consumers by answering questions and configuring profiles.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards set by management.
• Review Commercial Documentation for accuracy.
• Manage correspondent bank balances and transfers as needed.
• Input or approve ANB Bank’s FED Securities in FedLine Advantage system.
