Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in electronic payments, accounting, or banking preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office and data entry accuracy.
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for incoming and outgoing payment orders from internal and external customers.
• Adhere to deadlines and established procedures for payment orders.
• Contact customers for research, confirmations, amendments and approvals on exceptions.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
• Help train employees on operating procedures and regulations.
