Job summary

Stride Bank NA is seeking a Payment Services Specialist I to join the Payment Services team in Enid, OK. The role handles high volumes of ACH and wire transactions, communicates with Bank staff, and supports internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–5 years in bank operations, retail banking, or customer service, with familiarity with regulatory requirements and fraud controls. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years bank operations in ACH or wires, or 2-3 years retail banking/customer service, or 3-5 years similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Processes high volumes of incoming and outgoing ACH or wire transactions.
• Corresponds with Bank personnel to ensure escalated inquiries are researched and addressed promptly.
• Provides customer support to internal and external partners and assists with issues.
• Exhibits basic understanding of regulations governing Wire Transfer/ACH and end-of-day timing.
• Shows basic knowledge of fraud and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
